And Meditation is no different...for example, to begin with you can focus on your breathing (it's ALL about the breath!)...do it now...focus on the sound and feel of your breath as it enters and exits your body. Angie and Ian's style of Yoga incorporates different disciplines which they have both studied over the past 20+ years: Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Laughter and a sense of calm and balance. Angie graduated in 2010, Ian in 2013.

And Meditation is the perfect partner for Yoga and is easily incorporated into a session...from Kinhin (walking Meditation), to using sound, to observing and working the breath, once you find the right tool for you, it truly liberates you!
They can even tailor-make guided meditations which will help you manage pain/illness/dis-ease in the body/mind...
